Hank is the owner and founder of Weaver Architects with more than 35 years of experience having worked for large architectural firms before founding Weaver Architects in 2005. With a BARCH degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, Hank is responsible for the ongoing viability and success of the firm, ensuring client satisfaction, design excellence, and employee professional development. Having never wanted to leave the day-to-day project involvement, Hank continues to manage architectural, interiors, and renovation projects. In his spare time, Hank enjoys travel, golf and gardening. He is licensed in Washington, Oregon and California and a member of the American Institute of Architects and NAIOP.
