Pacific Building
The Pacific Building, completed in 1970, is somewhat typical of the commercial buildings of that era. Our work included a remodel of the main and upper floor lobbies, which had not been renovated since the building's opening. The lobby was gutted for stone flooring, new wall finishes and lighting, and a new ceiling system. The ground floor lobby's focal point is an exhibit space for the building owner's art collection. New exterior glass and steel canopies, a new entry storefront, and a new planter help create a more inviting and street-friendly entry and add a sense of pedestrian scale to the twenty-three story building.
