Situated in the heart of Seattle's University Village, Northcut Landing is a 90,000 square-foot commercial office, retail, and restaurant complex with underground parking for approximately 200 vehicles. Northcut Landing's two three-story buildings open onto an outdoor plaza that links the buildings' entries with shops and restaurants on the ground floor. The project uses unique massing and contemporary materials to reflect the neighborhood's eclectic mix of residential and commercial buildings.
