Masin Building

The Masin Building repositioning the existing historic structure to appeal to tech users who were moving into the Pioneer Square neighborhood. The interiors were stripped of interior finishes exposing the historic brick, heavy timber structure and car-decking floors. The exposed interiors and new structural elements are a raw contrast to the new, clean, modern interior build-out ready for tenant move-in.
