This single-user building was purchased with the intent of attracting multiple tenants to the 1970s structure. The dated yet attractive building required a new entry focal point as well as an altered vehicular and pedestrian approach to the building. Our approach provided a modern solution which displays a contrast to the existing exterior glazed façade.
