Dubin Law's relocation to their own building provided the opportunity to create a space that truly embodies their brand and values. Emphasizing positive client relations, the new environment was crafted to be warm and inviting, ensuring clients feel welcome from the moment they arrive. The new stairway connecting their second-floor space with the public entrance was one key element in reflecting this idea. The new space reflects Dubin’s connection to the Pacific Northwest through warm finishes, a Seattle super graphic map and emphasizing extensive exterior glazing to connect the interiors with the surrounding environment.
