The Create 33 concept was centered around neighborhoods, with each department linked to a specific color to create a new means of wayfinding throughout the full floor office. Huddle spaces or neighborhood community locations are equipped with diverse furniture arrangements to support various meeting styles and cater for the needs of each community. This design encourages employees to explore different neighborhoods, fostering collaboration and engagement in a dynamic work environment.
