Downtown Seattle
Pioneer Square's 83 King, built in 1904, was known as the Seattle Hardware Company Building until it was converted for office use. A lobby renovation was executed in the 1990s. Weaver Architects came in to update the design, open the space to visitors, and provide a stronger connection to the adjacent 505 1st Avenue Building.
