Weaver Architects and W.G. Clark Construction Presented with 2018 Build Washington Award for Tenant Improvements Under $5 Million

The addition of Gravity Payments TI to the Ballard business community was mentioned by KOMO in a story about the company’s recent growth and has now been toasted by the Associated General Contractors of Washington; recognizing Weaver Architects' contribution to the growing Seattle and King County business community.

Weaver and W.G. Clark successfully teamed with Gravity Payments TI to create a two floor “Main Street, U.S.A.” space reminiscent of independently owned mom ‘n’ pop shops. Upon entering the reception area, employees and visitors alike are greeted with an open-floor-plan concept and exterior views of the neighborhood. The reception area's proximity to the all-hands and amenity spaces reinforces the connection between thier employees and clients.

Email * We have had the pleasure of working with one of Seattle\u2019s most historic and unique performing arts theaters, the 5^{th<\/sup> Avenue Theatre over the past few years. Our completed first phase of this project was centered on improving the overall patron experience and updating some of the century-old theatre\u2019s infrastructure. As of late the theatre has seen an increasing amount of audience members and visitors. The project is aimed at relieving the resulting congestion before, during, and after performances and making the experience more comfortable for patrons. <\/p>\r\nTo honor the theatre\u2019s original design, which is based on several iconic monuments in Chinese architecture, our updates to the theatre follow a Chinese garden motif. Theatre patrons can look forward to updates such as a new digital sound system, the renovation of existing restrooms and new carpets in the lobby. <\/p>\r\n
